Last weekend the Welsh Bushi-Kai attended the British Karate Federation Championships in Edinburgh. As we have come to expect, our Senior and Junior competitors fought out of their skins and stood up against the very best in British Karate. Our squad returned home with 1 GOLD, 1 Silver and 4 Bronze Medals. In addition there were notable Top 5 & Top 8 Performances.<\/p>\n
