The Welsh Bushi-Kai have once again shown they can compete with the very best, winning 3 Silver and 5 Bronze medals at the Scottish International Open Karate Championships.
\nThis event traditionally attracts top quality Karate-Ka from throughout the United Kingdom as well as from overseas. This years championships was to be no exception, with competitors from all of the Home Nations, Egypt, Norway, Denmark, Holland and many more.
\nAn 8 medal return for our 7 competitors is a great result and our squad can be justifiably proud of their efforts.<\/p>\n
Mark McMahon, Holly Carey and Megan Taylor won Silver, with Anthony Bridge, Jordan Harris (x2), Jess Forse \u00a0and Amy Nicholas \u00a0getting Bronze.<\/p>\n
