AMA National Results
Well done to our squad that made the long trip up to Manchester to take on the challenge of the AMA National Championships. Fantastic performances throughout the day , with some of our competitors being unlucky with some decisions. A great experience for our Squad. We keep building and achieving!

WKL3 Results
Well done to all squad members who competed in the Welsh Karate League 3 event held in Merthyr earlier this month. This event clashed with the AMA Nationals, so we had to split the squad to attend both events, and we would like to thank Richard Evans for heading up the coaching team.
